Hello to all you writers!

I hope 2014 is treating you well and you’ve been productive, even if that just means lots of brainstorming and reading.

At the close of last year, I edited the first novel I’d ever written, an arduous task that took many months. What a TIME CONSUMING endeavor, as it meant rewriting every sentence.

The logic of the piece was pretty in tact, but the writing needed a ton of help. I was able to finally finish in March, working eight hours a day.

Aside from having as clean a novel as I could muster, the tough editing process was a valuble learning tool. Now, I exist in that murky land of ‘between writing projects.’ Here I am, done editing the old, and longing desperately to begin something new. Trouble is, the new project I have in mind requires a lot of reading, from the Bible to Goth culture so—please wish me luck—
